Every member of the Pacific Coast Audiology & Hearing Aids team is dedicated to providing the highest quality of hearing care. Here’s a little more about each of us:
Linda Tanaka, M.A. CCC-A, Audiologist
Owner of Pacific Coast Audiology and Hearing Aids and East Valley Audiology and Hearing Aids Linda received her A. A. degree with honors in Early Childhood Education from SUNY Cobleskill in 1991, a B.S. degree in Hearing and Speech Science from SUNY Plattsburg in 1993 and a Master’s degree in Audiology from CSULA in 1996.
Linda earned her Hearing Aid Dispensing license from the State of California Department of Consumer Affairs in 1996. She is also a member of The American Academy of Audiology.
She has been the owner of the West Covina location for over 15 years. With the support of her family and community, Linda now has a second office location in Huntington Beach where she resides with her family. Her passion for Huntington Beach and helping others is a winning combination that was waiting to happen.
In her spare time, Linda enjoys bike riding to the beach, and spending quality time with family and friends.
Devorah Mendoza, B.S.,B.A
Devorah has been our office manager in the West Covina office since 2009. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from California State University, Los Angeles in 2007. Devorah has extensive training in the care and cleaning of hearing aids. She is currently working towards her California hearing aid dispensing license. Devorah’s loyalty to the patients at West Covina is undeniable, and her talents are now enjoyed in Huntington Beach.
Devorah is bilingual Spanish speaking.
Juana handles our back office and insurance billing claims. Juana’s attention to detail has been a tremendous help to our patients and us. She is also trained to clean and service hearing aids.
Juana is the mother of two amazing children. In her spare time, Juana likes to cook and go shopping with her girlfriends. Juana is a bilingual Spanish speaker.
Nancy is our front office receptionist and in charge of authorizations. She works tirelessly in making sure authorizations are submitted and claims are processed. She is very dedicated and committed to this process from beginning to end. Nancy is also trained to clean and service hearing aids. She is a bilingual Spanish speaker.
In her spare time, this busy mother attends college at night. She is also an avid runner.
